The Pulsar Series is our newest edition to the Gladiator battery line! These are our most dense Sur-Ron battery upgrades to date, offering you incredible performance in a small package. Yes, that means no lid extensions are required! 

This 66V battery boasts additional power and speed - all while utilizing your stock controller. Want to kick it up a notch? When you are ready to upgrade your controller the 66 Pulsar will deliver even more performance. Halfway in-between 60V and 72V, this battery offers a unique experience. 

How does it stand in our lineup? 

Are you having trouble deciding between 60V and 72V? Don't worry, we have an answer for that. The 66 Pulsar is perfect for riders looking to begin their performance upgrade journey. Providing more range, power and speed, it is an all-in-one package for your Sur-Ron. For those who already have an upgraded controller, the 66 Pulsar is rated for 15kw of continuous discharge (32kw peak).

The 66 Pulsar requires a new charger, and will not be compatible with the stock charger. A standard charger is provided with this battery for free, or you can upgrade to a Variable charger.

This battery comes standard with a QS8 connector and 7 AWG wiring. If you select the "Supra Adapter" option you will receive an adapter to make it connect directly to the stock Sur-Ron harness. If you select the QS8 option you will receive a new power harness for your bike which is upgraded over the stock wiring (recommended). Compatible with 2024 Sur-Ron but requires QS8 version of the battery.

This product comes with a 2 year warranty. Order cancelation requests after 72 hours are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All battery sales outside of the lower 48 are final and cannot be refunded or returned. Battery servicing for Hawaii customers is outsourced to a local repair center. If you are having issues with a product please reach out to our support team.

Specs

Super energy dense battery that provides 20% more power on a stock controller and up to 15Kw of continuous power (32kw peak) on an aftermarket controller - all while fitting with no lid risers. Gain around 10%-20% more speed with the stock controller (varies depending on set up). Includes new custom steel enclosure, upgraded discharge wiring and connector, reinforced carrying handle, injection molded battery cap, and CNC milled Acetal battery tray. Comes standard with QS8 connector and upgraded wiring (7 AWG).

The 66 Pulsar is built in-house using grade A 21700 cells with a Smart BMS and a custom PCB. It can deliver 200 Amps of continuous discharge and 450 Amps peak. Provides high performance throughout discharge, includes overcharge protection, and discharge is run through the BMS. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety.

Add On

QS8 Bike Harness:

This is a harness cable upgrade for your Sur-Ron, replacing the OEM bike harness to provide higher current capability. Comes with a Male QS8 connector with 7 AWG. This harness cable is not used with the Sur-Ron breaker, which can be removed from the bike, giving you more space for wire routing.  The harness comes with an inline fuse pre-installed. Meant to be paired with the QS8 connector version of this battery. QS10 versions of this harness with 6 AWG also available. 

How to correctly use the connectors: Plug in the first half of the connector for 3-5 seconds to allow for the filter capacitors to pre charge before making the full connection.
