All batteries are made to order in our Illinois factory. Due to extremely high order volume the estimated lead time can be up to 60 days. Although we expect the majority will deliver sooner, it is best to err on the side of caution so you can plan accordingly. Thank you! 

The Titan 72 Compact is the perfect upgrade for your Talaria String MX3/MX4 if you are looking for a high performance battery that fits stock. With two different trims available, you can choose whether you want to prioritize range or power with this highly anticipated upgrade. This Titan 72 Compact battery is a higher voltage and requires the use of an aftermarket controller to make it compatible, as well as a 72V charger. Built to be drop-in for ease of use with no lid extensions needed! 

The 72 Compact comes in a steel enclosure, which is built in-house starting with a sheet of raw steel that is bent, welded, powder coated, and laser engraved by our highly trained fabrication team. Features an injection molded lid and base. 

How does it stand in our lineup? 

You may be wondering, how is the Titan 72 Compact Standard Edition is different from our Pro Edition. Using 21700 Samsung cells, the Standard Edition (50 Amp Hours) is aimed for people looking to maximize range while keeping the stock height. With a continuous power rating of 16KW (28KW peak), the Standard Edition still packs a punch while also boosting your top speed! If you are looking for a little more power, the Pro Edition (45 Amp Hours) is rated for 25KW of real world continuous power (32KW peak). Designed to be a perfect drop-in, no compromises are necessary. If you’re mostly looking for range, or do not intend to buy an aftermarket controller, take a look at our Titan 60 Touring 70 Amp Hour battery!

This battery will require you to have a 72V compatible controller, as well as a 72V charger. A standard charger is available with this battery for $15, or you can upgrade to one of our high power charger options. 

Fitment: No modification necessary, the battery drops right in!

Order cancelation requests after 72 hours are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All battery sales outside of the lower 48 are final and cannot be refunded or returned. Battery servicing for Hawaii customers is outsourced to a local repair center. If you are having issues with a product please reach out to our support team.

Specs

Super compact drop-in that can provide over 3-4x the power output and ~20% more speed compared to your stock battery. No special hardware needed for installation, fits like stock. The Standard Edition is 50 Amp Hours / 3,600 Watt Hours and the Pro Edition is 45 Amp Hours / 3,240 Watt Hours. 

The 72 Compact is built in-house using grade A 21700 cells with a Smart BMS and custom PCB. The Standard Edition can deliver 220 Amps of continuous discharge and 400 Amps peak. The Pro Edition can deliver 350 Amps of continuous discharge and 450 Amps peak. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety.
