All batteries are made to order in our Illinois factory. Due to extremely high order volume the estimated lead time can be up to 60 days. Although we expect the majority will deliver sooner, it is best to err on the side of caution so you can plan accordingly. Thank you! 

It’s time to take your build to a whole new level. The fact you are on this page reading this means you’re among the few brave enough to take the leap! With the arrival of our new high voltage batteries, you can push the limits of what is possible on a Sur-Ron, reaching performance previously unforeseen. If you want to crush it off the line and cruise at high speeds, a high voltage battery like the 108 Odyssey is for you. With this higher voltage battery you will need a 126V (30S capable) controller and charger that can output 126V.

Why go with a 108V battery?

The 108 Odyssey comes as people seek new records for their bikes and we’re here to deliver just that! With almost double the voltage of the stock battery, the 108 Odyssey brings increased efficiency and better high speed running. Just like our 81 Odyssey series, we offer 3 cell choices depending on your needs. Want something a bit more tamed? Then the Standard model will be perfect for you as it offers phenomenal range, great continuous output (18KW), and solid peak (30KW). The Pro version is more for those out there that need the extra bite out of their Sur-Ron when performance is more desirable. This battery uses Molicel P45b cells giving the boost you need on continuous (26KW) and peak. (34KW). But, if the Pro wasn’t enough then the Pro+ will be. The Pro+ puts all the cards on the table with the Molicel P50b cells. They hold high capacity and the strongest kick of our 108 Odysseys with a peak of 45KW! These Odysseys are equipped with an female XT60 charge port capable of high charge rates up to 30A. 

I see the Amp Hour numbers are lower than other Odyssey batteries, does that mean the range is a lot lower?

A lot of people ask this question and we are happy to report you don’t need to make a big range compromise to use these batteries. When comparing battery capacity of different voltages you don’t go off of the Amp Hours, but instead go off the Watt Hours. For example the Gladiator 72 Odyssey 55Ah has 3,960 Watt Hours of capacity, compared to the 108 Odyssey which has 3,780 Watt Hours. This spread is a lot smaller, plus you get the benefit of a battery with higher efficiency in use. You can expect a similar range, but completely different performance characteristics.

No matter what 108V you decide, you’re guaranteed the best in the business! The Gladiator 108 Odyssey’s are the same size as our other Odyssey lineup. Due to the extremely high voltage these batteries can provide, aftermarket controllers and chargers are needed!

Super energy dense 108V battery that starts with 18kw of continuous power and goes all the way up to 45KW depending on model. Provides a much higher top speed compared to your stock battery. Includes new custom steel enclosure, upgraded discharge wiring and connector, reinforced carrying handle, injection molded battery cap, hardware for stock-lid fitment, and CNC milled Acetal battery tray. Comes standard with QS10-P connector and upgraded wiring (6 AWG). You do not need to purchase any additional fitment hardware or a bike-side power harness with this upgrade - all comes included. This battery will not work with the stock Sur-Ron buck converter, so a new one is included as well. We provide some charger options or you can source your own charger, note a charger with an output of 126V is needed. 

The 108 Odyssey is built in-house using grade A 21700 cells with a Smart BMS with active balancing, galaxy grey enclosure, and 30A charging capability*. The Standard Version is rated for 175 Amps of continuous discharge and 280 Amps peak. The Pro Version is rated for 245 Amps of continuous discharge and 315 Amps peak. The Pro+ version is rated for 420A. Provides high performance throughout discharge and includes overcharge protection. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. The Standard Version is fully regulated by the BMS and the Pro/Pro+ Version utilizes a hybrid bypass to optimize performance. This can be customized upon request so please contact us with any questions. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety. 

*Fast charging WILL degrade your battery quicker. We recommend utilizing fast charging only when needed.

QS10-P High Power Bike Harness:

This is a harness cable upgrade for your Sur-Ron, replacing the OEM bike harness to provide higher current capability. Comes with a Male QS10-P connector with 6 AWG. There are two options for this harness. One comes pre-cut to use with the stock or upgraded breaker. The other option bypasses the Sur-Ron breaker, which can be removed from the bike, giving you more space for wire routing. The harness comes with an inline fuse pre-installed. 

How to correctly use the connectors: Plug in the first half of the connector for 3-5 seconds to allow for the filter capacitors to pre charge before making the full connection.
