The 81V Pulsar is our response to those of you who wanted a more powerful battery but aren’t looking to modify your bike with lid risers! Being the highest voltage Pulsar in the series, this battery will be punching well above its weight in power to size ratio! Higher voltage also means more efficiency at the top end, making this the perfect battery for stunters and adrenaline junkies alike! Designed to be compatible with stock fitment, this battery will make your bike look smooth and run even smoother with no trade-offs! If you’re looking for the ultimate 1 to 1 ratio upgrade for your bike, this battery is for you! This battery comes in a steel enclosure, built in-house by our highly trained fabrication team starting with a sheet of raw steel that is bent, welded, powder coated, and laser engraved. With ultimate power/size ratio, insane performance, and the highest quality build construction on the market, what more could a true enthusiast ask for?

Coming in at 40Ah, 3168Wh we’ve certainly packed in all the power that’s possible by current technological standards! This battery will have two cell options so you can also customize this battery to better suit a full suite of applications! With the Samsung 50S cells and a QS8 connector, our 81V Pulsar is rated for 15KW continuous, 25KW peak! If you’re looking for more, we’re also offering the brand new latest and greatest P50B cells and QS10 connector which will bring the power rating all the way up to 35KW!

This product comes with a 2 year warranty. Order cancelation requests after 72 hours are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All battery sales outside of the lower 48 are final and cannot be refunded or returned. Battery servicing for Hawaii customers is outsourced to a local repair center. Specs

Super powerful 81V battery that can provide 15kw of continuous power and 25kw peak (35kw P50B version) all while fitting with no lid risers. Includes new custom steel enclosure, upgraded discharge wiring and connector, reinforced carrying handle, injection molded battery cap, upgraded charging capability, and CNC milled Acetal battery tray.

The 81 Pulsar is built in-house using grade A 21700 cells with our new Smart BMS with active balancing, galaxy grey enclosure, and 30A charging capability. It can deliver 200 Amps of continuous discharge and 320 Amps peak (480 Amp P50B Version). Provides high performance throughout discharge and includes overcharge protection. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety.

QS8/QS10 Bike Harness:

This is a harness cable upgrade for your Sur-Ron, replacing the OEM bike harness to provide higher current capability. Comes with a Male QS8/QS10 connector with 7 AWG/6 AWG. This harness cable is not used with the Sur-Ron breaker, which can be removed from the bike, giving you more space for wire routing. The harness comes with an inline fuse pre-installed. Meant to be paired with the QS8 connector version of this battery.

How to correctly use the connectors: Plug in the first half of the connector for 3-5 seconds to allow for the filter capacitors to pre charge before making the full connection.
