With an XT-60 top mounted charge port you can charge this battery as fast as 45 Amps with our Chi Charger.

Boasting 70 Ah of battery capacity with over 4,000 watt hours, getting more than double the range is a breeze. The highest Amp Hour production battery on the market! Now comes in a steel enclosure, which is built in-house starting with a sheet of raw steel that is bent, welded, powder coated, and laser engraved by our highly trained fabrication team. Features an injection molded lid with relocated discharge wires. 

How does it stand in our lineup?

The 60 Touring is aimed towards maximizing range. This battery is best suited for those using a stock controller or an aftermarket controller with a mild power tune. If you’re looking for more power with your aftermarket controller, we recommend checking out our higher voltage batteries. The 60 Touring will work with your stock charger, our Variable Rapid Charger, or ChiCharger! Compatible with 2024 Sur-Ron but requires QS8/QS10 version of the battery.

Specs

High capacity 60V battery rated for 20kw of continuous power with a 32kw peak. Includes new custom steel enclosure, upgraded discharge wiring and connector, reinforced carrying handle, injection molded battery cap, hardware for stock-lid fitment, and CNC milled Acetal battery tray. Comes standard with QS8 connector and upgraded wiring (7 AWG). Select Supra option for stock harness compatibility. 

The 60 Touring is built in-house using grade A 21700 Samsung cells with a Smart BMS with active balancing, galaxy grey enclosure, 45A charging capability*, and a custom PCB. Can deliver 350 Amps of continuous discharge and 560 Amps peak. Provides high performance throughout discharge and includes overcharge protection. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety.  

*Fast charging WILL degrade your battery quicker. We recommend utilizing fast charging only when needed.

QS8 Bike Harness:

This is a harness cable upgrade for your Sur-Ron, replacing the OEM bike harness to provide higher current capability. Comes with a Male QS8 connector with 7 AWG. This harness cable is not used with the Sur-Ron breaker, which can be removed from the bike, giving you more space for wire routing. The harness comes with an inline fuse pre-installed. Meant to be paired with the QS8 connector version of this battery. QS10 versions of this harness with 6 AWG also available. 

 How to correctly use the connectors: Plug in the first half of the connector for 3-5 seconds to allow for the filter capacitors to pre charge before making the full connection.
