All batteries are made to order in our Illinois factory. Due to extremely high order volume the estimated lead time can be up to 60 days. Although we expect the majority will deliver sooner, it is best to err on the side of caution so you can plan accordingly. Thank you!

How does it stand in our lineup? 

The 72 Pulsar is a fantastic battery upgrade to boost your range, power, and speed. You'll notice a massive difference coming from a 60V system. It has a capacity of 45 amp hours (3240 watt hours) and a continuous discharge rating of 15KW (26KW peak). If you are looking for more power we offer a Pro Version with 23KW of continuous power (32KW peak). It also comes in a steel enclosure, which is built in-house starting with a sheet of raw steel that is bent, welded, powder coated, and laser engraved by our highly trained fabrication team. Features an injection molded lid with front mounted discharge wires.

We also offer a 66 Pulsar (50ah) which is stock controller compatible and an 81 Pulsar (40Ah) for those looking for even more speed. 

This battery is a higher voltage and requires the use of an aftermarket controller to make it compatible, as well as a 72V charger. A standard charger is available with this battery for $15, or you can upgrade to one of our high power charger options. 

This battery comes standard with a QS10-P connector and 6 AWG wiring. If you select the "Supra Adapter" option you will receive an adapter to make it connect directly to the stock Sur-Ron harness (2023 and prior bikes). If you select the QS10-P option you will receive a new power harness for your bike which is upgraded over the stock wiring (recommended). Compatible with 2024/2025 Sur-Ron but requires QS10-P version of the battery.

This product comes with a 2 year warranty. Order cancelation requests after 72 hours are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All battery sales outside of the lower 48 are final and cannot be refunded or returned. Battery servicing for Hawaii customers is outsourced to a local repair center. If you are having issues with a product please reach out to our support team.

Specs

Super energy dense 72V battery that can provide 15kw of continuous power (26kw peak) all while fitting with no lid risers. The Pro Version can provide 23kw of continuous power (32kw peak). Includes new custom steel enclosure, upgraded discharge wiring and connector, reinforced carrying handle, injection molded battery cap, and CNC milled Acetal battery tray. Comes standard with QS10-P connector and upgraded wiring (6 AWG). 

The 72 Pulsar is built in-house using grade A 21700 cells with a Smart BMS with active balancing and a custom PCB. The Standard Version can deliver 200 Amps of continuous discharge and 360 Amps peak. The Pro Version can deliver 315 Amps of continuous discharge and 405 Amps peak. Can charge up to 30 Amps with a top mounted XT60 charge port*. Provides high performance throughout discharge, includes overcharge protection, and discharge is run through the BMS. The Pro Version utilizes a hybrid bypass to allow for additional power. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety.  

*Fast charging WILL degrade your battery quicker. We recommend utilizing fast charging only when needed.

QS10-P High Power Bike Harness:

This is a harness cable upgrade for your Sur-Ron, replacing the OEM bike harness to provide higher current capability. Comes with a Male QS10-P connector with 6 AWG. This harness cable is not used with the Sur-Ron breaker, which can be removed from the bike, giving you more space for wire routing. The harness comes with an inline fuse pre-installed. 

How to correctly use the connectors: Plug in the first half of the connector for 3-5 seconds to allow for the filter capacitors to pre charge before making the full connection.
